This government web site has been online and serving the public since 1996. It serves as 'virtual employees' around the clock. As a result, the full-time staff of 12 was reduced to 10 employees two years ago. The newest online services are: Tax Payment History Information, and Online Printable Tax Bills. The tax bills were accessed 15,000 times during 14 months saving staff time and more effectively providing the product to the customer.
