As a result, the full-time staff of 12 was reduced to 10 employees in 2005. The newest online services were: Tax Payment History Information, and Online Printable Tax Bills. The tax bills were accessed 15,000 times during 14 months saving staff time and more effectively providing the accurate information to the property owner, title company, lender, etc..
